The Secret Celebrity Spa at the Ritz Carlton Half Moon Bay

Celebrities stay glamorous, even when they’re out of town, thanks to celebrity-caliber hotel spas. Located far from sunny SoCal and the celebrity facialists of Beverly Hills, but not far from the splendor of San Francisco and the Silicon Valley, The Ritz Carlton Half Moon Bay offers a secret spa menu: the “Rodeo Facial.”

Named after the famous shopping center in Beverly Hills, the Rodeo Facial features products by celebrity skincare professional, Linda Ross. For $350 and 80 minutes of your time, you can indulge in the treatment, which features the Nobel Prize-winning ingredient, Epidermal Growth Factor, which stimulates skin cells’ metabolism and its ability to rejuvenate and heal at a rapid rate.

The Rodeo Facial starts with a foam cleanser followed by a microexfoliater, a skin-tightening mask and various creams and potions. You can also purchase the products to continue the treatment at home, in the Spa Gift Shop at The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Half Moon Bay.

The facial is available only for a limited time, like all the best things in life. But, the award-winning Ritz-Carlton Spa facility features other attractions, including a co-ed whirlpool with a fireplace and ladies’ and gentlemen’s saunas and steam rooms. Once your complexion has been revitalized, you spend time luxuriating in the spa’s magnificent facilities or head out to the Ocean Terrace for a glass of local wine around a fire pit.
