Terrible Person Still “Hacking” Business Class Travel

In a YouTube video posted by Bustle in 2015, jetsetter, author and absolutely despicable human being Justin Lee Ross detailed his tips for how to game the travel industry. Now that this video is making internet rounds again, we thought we’d share just in case you spot this guy doing a photo shoot in a first class lounge near you because he’s still “hacking” airlines all around the world.

If you were able to finish this video, you’re more patient than I am. I need a drink or five.

Why is getting dropped off at departures a big deal? Usually much less traffic than arrivals. Since when is GE a new thing. Ofcourse you can buy a ticket and then cancel it to goto the lounge, but buying a ticket with no intent to fly is typically against CoC rules and then can close your account losing that elite status. I'm sure if you do it enough, someone will take notice. Also, how did he get his elite status if he never flies. Also, what about the cost and time to get to the airport and back. How does declaring a firearm help your bag make it, if anything you have a higher chance of it not making the plane if TSA is backed up not to mention the extra time at the counter. And since when does having a business card get you that company's hotel rates, they usually ask for ID if they ask at all. What about the blonde (with the boobs) that is with him, is she doing the same things or is she just along as a guest? If that's the case, she's the real expert and he's the schmuck.

Jamar, refunding a flex ticket after check-in happens more often than you'd think and not for nefarious purposes. I've done it twice in my life and both for legit reasons

As this guy accurately describes himself, a giant douche. But the same applies to quite a few airline personnel I have met over the years. They deserve each other. May he spend 2019 flying British Airways, and annoying the hell out of them. Perhaps the experience will motivate them to try out the concept of customer service for the first time.

Didn't realize "hacking" is synonymous with "stealing" - being a petty thief really isn't that impressive...

He calls everyone a schmuck. It's like the pot calling the kettle black.
