Survey: United Is America’s Least-Liked Legacy Carrer

According to a survey conducted by the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), flyers ranked United Airlines at the very bottom of the list of carriers that they would prefer to fly with. Of the legacy carriers, American Airlines topped the list of airlines in terms of favorability, scoring 76 points, whereas United lingers at the bottom, scoring 70 points.

Criteria for customer satisfaction includes seat comfort, in-flight services, and fees.

Keep in mind that while American may be on top that is only because the competition is soo pathetic. Delta with their skypesos and United with all the recent bad press. Hopefully AA doesn't view this as people actually thinking they are great, especially with massive AA devals and limited award availability.
