Study Reveals “Sweet Spot” for Cheap Flights

According to a survey conducted by CheapAir.com that claims to have reviewed over 350 million fares, the best timetable for booking cheap flights for domestic U.S. flight is between three-and-a-half weeks and three months, and the timetable for international flights is as follows:

  • Africa: 119 days
  • Asia: 90 days
  • Canada: 59 days
  • Caribbean: 76 days
  • Central America: 61 days
  • Europe: 99 days
  • Mexico: 61 days
  • Middle East: 119 days
  • South America: 81 days
