Study: Eye Drops Could Cure Jet Lag

According to a study conducted by researchers from the University of Edinburgh, eye drops might help alleviate the symptoms of jet lag due to the body’s connection between the eyes and brain. The study’s data shows that our eyes produce a hormone known as vasopressin, which can be suppressed through the use of eye drops, helping to mediate the messages sent to the brain from the eyes and lessen the effect of jet lag on the information centers of the brain.
