Student at BOS Charged After Spitting On, Striking, Lotioning Cop

On Wednesday, 28-year-old Kevin Luczack pleaded not guilty to assault and battery on a police officer after allegedly striking and spitting on a state trooper’s face at Boston Logan International Airport (BOS), as well as spraying him in the face with lotion, while Luczack was attempting to retrieve lost luggage.
Police had allegedly been responding to a complaint made about Luczack while he was still aboard an arriving aircraft at the time of the alleged incident.
