Stranger on Flight Defuses Toddler Tantrum, Goes Viral

American Airlines flyer Todd Walker went viral after stepping in to help calm Caroline, a toddler who began panicking shortly after boarding the flight

“Flying is stressful. I had little kids once. I think most people on that plane have had little kids themselves, and we have all had that fear of our kids not doing well on the flight,” said Walker.

The Facebook post by Caroline’s mother, Jessica Ruddeen, which features pictures of Walker helping Caroline with a coloring book and helping her to look out the airplane window, has since gotten 12,000 likes and 5,000 shares.
