Spirit Secures Super Fast Internet

Budget carrier Spirit Airlines might not have decent tray table sizes or complimentary food or an experience indistinguishable from a ride in the back of a pickup truck, but one thing they plan to have by summer of 2019: an in-flight internet connection fast enough to use streaming services such as Netflix.

“It is something passengers want today,” said Ted Christie, President of Spirit.“They just can’t get it.”
