Southwest Diversifies; Has Mishap on the Ground

On Monday, an aircraft operated by Southwest Airlines was accidentally struck on the tarmac at Baltimore–Washington International Airport (BWI) by a truck, and passengers aboard the Boeing 737 disembarked via the emergency exit staircase.
Flyers were interviewed by local police, and although several of those aboard the aircraft have tweeted angrily at the airline, Southwest has made no official statement on the incident.
