‘Serial Stowaway’ Arrested Again

Expected to appear in court on Tuesday, Marilyn Hart – also known as the “Serial Stowaway” – has once again been arrested and charged with trespassing at ORD Wednesday. While she was released from a nursing home on probation in December, the 64-year-old violated her probation and has received a bond set at $150,000. Hartman has made several attempts in recent years to sneak onboard flights without a ticket.

Why isn't she in custody? She has broken the law so often, I"m amazed the authorities aren't keeping her in the penn.
