Pricing Glitch Leaves Thousands of BA Pax in the Lurch
After British Airways canceled thousands of passengers’ tickets because the passengers had been able to buy them at a cheap prices that the carrier claims was a mistake, customers took the social media to vent their rage at the situation.
I booked 3 tickets LHR to TLV for end of July for summer holidays
Now I get an email that @British_Airways cancelled my ticket!!!! 😡😡😡
Shocking I booked hotels and cars what am I supposed to do now?? #britishairways #shocking #CustomerExperiencep— aay jay (@Ajmanutd10) June 19, 2018
Another example of how @british_airways has gone downhill. Wouldn’t let me cancel due to death of family member but you cancel when it suits

#britishairways cancel 2,000 tickets. Say the underpricing on each was £500 (it was likely much less), then that is a £1 million loss. By not honouring their commitment, they will lose more than £1 million. Not very smart at all.
