Pope Plane Hit By Laser

Upon approaching Mexico City International Airport (MEX) last Friday, Pope Francis’ Alitalia flight was struck by a laser beam, according to a statement released by the airline Wednesday.
No injuries were reported onboard the Alitalia 4000, though other pilots nearby reported seeing laser strikes as well.

I flew into Mexico City from QRO on a little commuter jet and I would guess we got shot by a dozen or so green lasers from all over the city on the approach.
