Pet Bathroom Debuts at Midway

Passengers traveling through Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW) with pets or service animals will be able to let their furry companions relieve themselves in an indoor dog bathroom complete with fake grass, a small fire hydrant, cleanup bags and a flushing system to wash away liquid waste. The repurposed family  restroom will be located past the security checkpoint at Concourse A, which means that travelers will no longer have to take animals outside for bathroom breaks and wait in security lines multiple times.
