PAX Sue Boeing for Emirates Crash

Over a dozen passengers who flew aboard the Emirates Boeing 777-300 flight that crashed, resulting in the death of a firefighter, are filing a lawsuit against Boeing over what they believe to be a defective switch installed on the aircraft.

According to the lawsuit, the Boeing 777-300’s system did not allow the switch to deploy at an important moment, and the aircraft did not provide adequate warning for crew to be aware that the switch had not worked properly.
