Passengers, FAs Panic as Plane Drops 20,000 Feet

Video footage shows passengers and flight attendants yelling and panicking as the aircraft plummeted 20,000 feet after losing cabin pressure during a recent AirAsia flight from Perth to Bali.

The flight returned to Perth safely after the incident.
