Passengers Can No Longer Board BA With Hoverboards
Hoverboards, which are believed to be a fire risk by many airlines because of their lithium-ion batteries, are now prohibited onboard all British Airways flights.
“To ensure your safety onboard our flights, British Airways has prohibited the carriage of these items in both hand baggage and checked baggage,” the carrier said in a statement. Other airlines to have banned the popular device include Emirates and Air France.
