Passenger Refuses to Put Tablet in Airplane Mode, Delays Flight

On Friday of last week, an aircraft operated by Qantas was forced to return to the gate at Canberra Airport (CBR) after a passenger refused to switch his tablet to airplane mode. The passenger was allegedly a company chief executive.

Citing safety as its number one priority, Qantas confirmed that the flight was delayed by an hour after returning to the gate.

What an idiot. He should've done like most other people do and say "Sure" but don't do it. For the record I DO put my elec in airplane mode.
