Outage Reportedly Cost Delta $100 Million

Delta Airlines is claiming that the massive computer systems outage that plagued its operations for three days last month cost the company a reported $100 million. The incident caused 2,300 flights to be canceled, and, per USA Today, the loss in profit “translated to 2 points of passenger revenue for the month.”
