‘Offensive’ Shirts Get Hen Party Kicked off Jet2 Flight

Castle Donington, UK - June 3, 2016: a Boeing 737-330QC (G-CELR) commercial passenger aircraft operated by Jet2 about to land at East Midlands Airport near Nottingham, England.

A group of 18 women on holiday were booted from a Jet2 flight departing from East Midlands Airport (EMA) after refusing to remove matching T-shirts that read “B****es On Tour.” None of the passengers removed from the flight were arrested as a result of the incident.

“Once in the cabin, and in the presence of families and young children, several members of the group decided to ignore these repeated warnings, at which point our crew took the decision to remove them from the flight,” said a spokesperson for Jet2.
