None Killed in Lagoon Crash Landing

There have been no fatalities reported as a result of the emergency landing an Air Niugini flight made on Friday on Chuuk Island, a popular destination for divers.

One passenger has been reported to be in critical condition after the incident, which occurred due to severe weather conditions in the region, but none of the other 47 passengers aboard the flight are reported to have been injured.
