New Survey Shows PAX Liked Their Travel Experiences in 2016

A new survey released Tuesday from Ipsos Public Affairs shows that more were happy with their travel experience in 2016 than they were in 2015. The review – conducted in January for trade association Airline for America – found 85 percent of flyers were “very” or somewhat” content with their experience in the sky, compared to 2015’s 79 percent.
