Mouse Droppings Close 4-Star Hotel Temporarily

Though it has since reopened, a four-star hotel in London is facing sentencing in September after inspectors reportedly found mouse droppings in the hotel’s kitchen last May. The Sanctum Soho Hotel was temporarily shut down as Westminster City Council environmental health officer Juliette Cooper determined the building was a risk to the public’s health. The hotel has seen such famous guests in the past as Britney Spears and Harry Styles.
