Model Takes Airline Frustrations to Social Media

Supermodel Karlie Kloss vented her frustrations with Philippine Airlines first via Snapchat, then Twitter after she reportedly arrived at a check-in gate Monday after the desk had closed and experienced the “worst customer service of all time.” The airline tweeted an apology to Kloss and reimbursed her unused ticket and comped rebooking fees.
