Man Sues TSA Over Long Line

One passenger is suing the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport (MSP), claiming he missed his flight because of a long security line. According to the Star Tribune, “Hooman Nikizad said his wait of more than 90 minutes on March 19 before he passed through security screening by the federal Transportation Security Administration (TSA) made him miss his late-afternoon flight to Los Angeles.” In the suit, which was filed last week, Nikizad is seeking $506.85.

He'll be out lawyer fees now also. There's no law giving standing to sue TSA for this reason, and in general for good reason.
IMHO, there should be more lawsuits like this to put pressure on the TSA to get their act together!!!
