Man Fined Only $17 for Hitting Woman on Flight

On a recent flight from Antalya, Turkey to Ufa, Russia, a man became violent and punched his seatmate before being restrained by crew and passengers.

The fine paid by the man for the incident was only $17, although authorities have allegedly put the man on a “watch list.” He is not currently banned from flying.

    OK, I went to that link but I didn’t see the “more” part. What airline was this? Who were the authorities who levied the fine?

    This plane didn’t drop. The pilot commenced an emergency decent. What a sick , mis-leading title . There is a BIG difference between a properly executed emergency decent and a plane dropping. You need to get down FAST to get breathable Air but you are not Dropping
