Lucifer Targets BA With Tweet

Tom Ellis, star of the Fox’s TV show Lucifer, took to Twitter recently to vent an issue with British Airways, mentioning their compassion and the current political climate.

Well he could always reissue the LHR-LAX ticket to LHR-CGK. At least for her to go home for the holidays.

Be assured, every other Airline except One Seeking Publicity would have treated the Poster the same. Visa First Ticket Second Thats been The Global Rule for 70 years.

Since when is it the airline's fault when customers don't buy fully refundable tickets? Airlines don't allow name changes on tickets, and that information is pretty much available at any point of sale that can be used to buy a ticket. Sorry about his situation, but he had the option to buy a refundable ticket and chose not to. It's his problem not BAs.
