LAN Serves Up Authentic Peruvian Cuisine on International Flights

South American carrier LAN Peru is now serving authentic Peruvian cuisine on select international flights. Hoping to improve passengers’ in-flight experience, the LAN Airlines affiliate will offer the tasty new meals on flights from Lima to Madrid, Los Angeles, Miami and New York.

The dishes available include ají de gallina, papas a la huancaína, causa limeña,  arroz a la chiclayana con pollo y salsa de seco and arroz chaufa with breaded chicken in a peach sauce.

Depending on passenger feedback, the authentic cuisine could become a permanent addition to LAN Peru’s menu.
