Knife-Wielding Man Threatens Subway Passenger: “I Know You Work at JFK”

According to New York City police, a man with a ten-inch knife threatened a 39-year-old Transportation Security Administration employee who was in-uniform on the subway on her way to work, saying “F*** you. I know you’re TSA […] I know you work at JFK.”
After the conductor called the police for assistance, the suspect was taken into custody and charged with menacing, disorderly conduct and weapons possession.

I am justguessing but I doubt that the assailant is a frequent air traveler. Is a 10" knife indicate a 10" blade or merely the oversll length?
That's why it's not a good idea to wear your uniform to work - change when you get there or cover it up with another shirt. People are nuts.
