Watch This Kid Sneak Into a First Class Lounge

Watch This Kid Sneak Into a First Class Lounge

YouTuber Conor Castle filmed himself sneaking into the American Airlines First Class Lounge in a video that seems to go viral all over again every couple of months.

With a suspenseful John Williams soundtrack playing in the background, Castle tells his subscribers, “the best adventures are never planned” as he sneaks into the lounge in time to enjoy a few hors d’ oeuvres before his flight.

Have you ever spotted someone entering the lounge unlawfully? Would you report them if you did?

It’s terrible isn’t it. Like stealing..
Just because you can get away with it doesn’t mean it’s ok. People avocating this action are just irresponsible.

That looks like the Admiral’s Club not Flagship First.

    Why praise a thief?

    So let’s see here:
    1) He snuck into the general Admirals Club lounge, not the first-class Flagship Lounge.
    2) Walked through the exit, but lied about the entrance desks being able to see you.
    3) Made it inside the lounge but got scared of the customer service desks and actually had to sneak past them.

Did he try to get an alcoholic drink with a fake ID?

I call BS. Had access, but pretended not to for more views.

Whether he has access or not is immaterial.
He thinks by telling the world he manage to break some rules makes him great and important.
His need for attention is just a symptom of some other underlining problems.
I do feel sorry for him and hope he gets some professional help

    1. AA does not have First Class Lounges
    2. This dumbass is in the Admiral’s Club
    3. Why is stealing access a story?

Well, we know how much his honor is worth-approx. $50-.
This is behavior that I absolutely do not understand. Getting something you don’t deserve through stealth, guile etc. is inherently dishonorable behavior.

I do a lot of trade shows and have noticed that, because of the quantity of exhibitor bookings, the hotel staff are over-taxed (i.e. the hotel is at 100% occupancy) and sneaking into the lounges is easy via multiple techniques e.g. tag-a-longs, lying about coming in with an associate who had access that you are rejoining, etc. I have been told by several business associates how to sneak in an get free breakfast, evening drinks, etc. and that I should partake. What amazes me about these people is that most of them are millionaires!

It is amazing how cheaply one’s honor can be sold in this modern world.

I clicked on the clickbait headline, but not on the video, as I don’t want to show support with one more view of this nonsense. Let’s hope AA bans him for life.

Not the First Class lounge. Flagship that is. Not something I would want to do but you could ask someone if you could be there guest. I always try to ask someone as a guest to the Flagship. If you really want to impress me then go to the Qantas First class lounge. Then I would be impressed.

As others have said, the joke is on him to a certain extent, because that is certainly the LAX Admirals Clun, not the Flagship Lounge (and certainly not Flagship First Dining).

Kinda surprised FT is giving this lying, thieving youtube “celebrity” this free publicity.

    Probably cheated on his exams.
Has rich parents and was told that end justifies the means
It is in his blood and will do again, perhaps in his marriage
May try sneaking into a plane
May walk away with someone else’s luggage

Flagship is now a business lounge, not a First (like it once was). Only First lounge for AA is the First Dining – a separate section within the Flagship.

AA should bill Conor Browne from ticket 0012104066656 the cost of a day pass. And I’m not disclosing personal information. He disclosed it himself at the 0:32 mark.

He is no “kid” he looks like he is in his 20’s. Why was this accepted for posting? This guy is saying that he is committing a criminal offense “trespassing”.

I’m not going to watch the video as I don’t want this little twerp getting any additional views/money/fame… but yes, this is theft. Too bad it’s American and not Wal-Mart. The latter will prosecute any and all cases of theft no matter how small.

He says, “Take those little adventures when you can.” He means, “Take advantage of everything and everyone you can and don’t pay for anything.” Revolting.

In other news, I’m guessing he got into college when his parents bribed one of the coaches in the “Side Door” scam. Once a cheater, always a cheater.

I feel like I am doing something wrong by flying often enough to gain status and showing my card at the entrance. Next time I will know better due to his enlightening adventure.

One more a visiting Irish International to the USA perhaps his retinal scan will be downloaded to the security system and he will be prevented from entering next time.

But lets celebrate FT meet ups so people who don’t know each other can be “guested” into an already crowded lounge.

    June 6, 2019 at 1:19 pm

Yeah, if he consumes anything, it is more than an adventure or harmless prank…it’s petty theft.

I wouldn’t care if he got in just to get in…even though that is trespassing and might also be construed as petty theft since he bypassed the fee. Still, that pretty much falls into the book of victimless “crime” and harmless prank. YMMV.

  40. MimiB22

    June 7, 2019 at 7:50 am

Taking something to which you’re not entitled is theft. It’s not a victimless prank, as uncompensated losses are passed on to others.

  41. carolkemp

    June 7, 2019 at 8:54 am

Comment from Rukes is absolutely correct. He was in the Admirals Club. Once he got in thru the exit door unnoticed, he bypassed the check in folks. Once upstairs it was only the customer service desk. It is unfortunate how entitled the younger generation is…stealing should not be condoned. Those of us fortunate enough to afford a legitimate way in should not condone his actions.

  42. MrGood

    June 7, 2019 at 9:25 am

My theory: AA FC & FF passengers should probably thank this idiot for helping to improve Admirals Club’s poor security and crappy catering. And the other legacy carriers will probably take notice and mimic such improvements.
