JetBlue Gives JFK Terminal a Makeover

JetBlue Airways has overhauled Terminal 5 (T5) at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) in order to improve service for passengers by increasing the self-service options available, and the improvements include 70 new kiosks, bag-tagging options, and a dozen locations for bag-dropping. “The journey from keyboard to curb can be stressful,” said Joanna Geraghty, JetBlue’s Executive Vice President of Customer Experience. “We strive to make it simple and be helpful.” The terminal enhancements also include roving JetBlue greeters and crew members standing by the three bays of kiosks in order to answer any questions guests might have and assist with their requests.
