Jennifer Aniston Is Being Called Out By Delta Over Ads

Jennifer Aniston, the current face of Emirates, is being called out by Delta Air Lines. The legacy carrier is accusing the actress of appearing in a series of advertisements Delta is saying represents Middle Eastern airlines attempting to control international commercial aviation. Specifically, Aniston appeared in a 2015 advertisement for Emirates that saw her waking up from a nightmare where she was on a flight – that was not an Emirates plane – devoid of such luxuries as bar service and showers. Delta’s employees are also claiming they found the video offensive.

People are voting with their wallets and their feet, the way they should. Would Delta prefer to have a Nicolas Maduro or Kim Jong Un TELL people how to fly under penalty of... ? Delta is aready in an alliance with Saudia which decides what nationalities can fly with them. Maybe they should invite Air Koryo to join them... Ridiculous beyond laughter.

I don't get it. She is an actress getting paid to be in a commercial. DL looks idiotic going after her!

Wow. That video is really quite difficult to watch. It really feels like they are trying scare the general public to get the politicians on their side. The whole thing kept talking about, 'Look what happened in Europe. Look what happened in Australia. Now it's coming here!' And having baggage handlers and reservations centre employees commenting on geopolitical situations? I mean, no offence, but I would take their views with more than a grain of salt.

How about upping your own service Delta and getting some shiny new aircraft yourself? The A380 isn't selling that well at the moment- I am sure Airbus would give you a good price for a few of those with the flashy showers on board...
