The problem is that Delta promotes special 'Alessi' service ware, but then never boards the glassware. What is so special about a meal service with the entree served on an easy-to-tip plate, and drinks served in plastic cups, or an after dinner coffee in a paper cup? Part of the joy of premium class travel is savoring a nice beverage.
