In Brief: Vietnam Airlines Unveils Its First Dreamliner in Washington (PHOTOS)
On Monday, Vietnam Airlines showed off its first Dreamliner at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) during a special ceremony.
The Boeing 787-9 variant, which is the first of 19 firm 787 orders the airline has with the manufacturer, was unveiled in the nation’s capital to symbolize the 20-year anniversary of established diplomacy between the U.S. and Vietnam.
The Dreamliner is expected to begin flying a domestic route within Vietnam later this year and eventually transition to a long-haul route between Hanoi and London. The Hanoi-London route will make Vietnam Airlines the first carrier to fly the Dreamliner between Europe and Southeast Asia.

MrPie: technically Hong Kong is not in SE Asia.
Np images of coach? The 2-32 layout is their Premium Economy. I guess 787 coach cabins are too horrible to be show to the average person.
technically VS is the first airline to fly the 787 from Europe to SE Asia. They've already replaced VS200/201 (A346) with the 789 as of 2 days ago (VS206/207)
