In Brief: Emirates Flight Collides With Parked Aircraft at Lagos Airport

Emirates Flight 782 collided with a parked aircraft while taxiing in Lagos, Nigeria late Monday night. The airline confirmed Wednesday that the Boeing 777-200LR, bound from Murtala Muhammed International Airport (LOS) to Dubai International Airport (DXB), collided with an idle HAK Air Boeing 737-400 in the domestic wing of the airport.

No injuries were reported, but passengers onboard EK782 had their travel plans delayed by a day. An investigation into the collision is underway.
