In Brief: Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey Gives Top Honors to Alaska & JetBlue

An annual J.D. Power survey published Wednesday reveals JetBlue and Alaska Airlines continue to hold top spots among North American airlines in customer satisfaction. The survey, which was conducted between April 2014 and March 2015, ranked 11 airlines based on responses from 11,354 participants who traveled during the survey period.

JetBlue scored the highest in the “Low-Cost Carrier” category for the 11th consecutive year, while Alaska had the highest score among “Traditional Carriers” for the 8th consecutive year. The full rankings can be found below.

  3. American Airlines
  4. Air Canada
  5. US Airways
  6. United Airlines

Low-Cost Carriers

  1. JetBlue
  2. Southwest Airlines

  5. Frontier Airlines
