Flyers Complain About Lufthansa’s New A320neo

Lufthansa’s newest aircraft, the Airbus A320neo, is reportedly receiving negative feedback from passengers who are not exactly impressed by the layout. According to complaints, additional seating and the Space-Flex v2 galley/lav combo have resulted in a lack of overhead bin space and no windows in the final row.

While Lufthansa has yet to publicly comment on the criticism, JetBlue, a carrier soon to utilize the aircraft, recognized the problems and is remaining optimistic. “We believe we have a good solution set up for customers and crew, but the reality is you’re not going to know until the rubber meets the road,” said Jamie Perry, JetBlue’s Vice President of Marketing.

Sell those seats for half the lowest fare and they will be full. Sell at the same fare as others and anger and lose customers.

I'll take it a step further, from A320nano to A320nono ....

I think the A320neo should be renamed the A320nano.

How small are those toilets in the back of the A320neo? I mean, its not like they weren't small enough in the A320!
