Flyer Records Intense Lightning Storm

A passenger onboard a recent Air Canada Airbus A321 flight to Los Angeles captured an intense lightning storm that lit up the night sky. The user who uploaded the video on YouTube claimed “lightning was flashing several times per second.”

Wow! That's a bunch of cu-nim I'll bet all onboard were glad they weren't flying through!
Very nice! I saw something similar on a spring night over Alabama enroute to Jackson, MS from Cincinnati. Unfortunately I didn't have a very good camera back then, so the videos turned out dark and grainy. Looks like they were about 50 miles away... Definitely don't want to get too close that. :)
