In a Facebook post, Scoot passenger Gene Goh describes an incident aboard a recent flight in which they requested water from flight attendants and were instead given a cup full of ice and “told to wait for the ice to melt.”
There was a delay in taking off of your flight from singapore to osaka this morning, as of now i am currently still…

When you buy a cheap ticket on a no-frills airline, you should know what to expect. They make it very clear that all drinks cost extra. If you are thirsty, buy a bottle of water.

He should be thanking the FA for providing him a way to get the water for free. Most FA’s would just charge him for the bottle.

So go to the restroom and fill up from the tap…..of course they’re going to say no if you ask them.

Always carry an empty bottle thru security – then fill it.

If that passenger knew just how good the water quality is in the plane’s holding tanks…he’d not ask for tap water…ever!

First world problem… if you can afford to fly, you can afford to buy a bottle of water.
