Finally: United Has Breakfast Tacos

After allegedly a year of development, breakfast tacos will become a regular staple of United Airlines’ in-flight breakfast menu. The breakfast taco will contain egg and chicken chorizo, and will be available for passengers flying domestically for three hours or more at a go.

Love breakfast tacos, but not sure why they would insult the chorizo gods by making it with chicken. Even if the tacos are well received, UA will scrap them in a year or two, as they do with all good menu items. What ever happened to that excellent lobster mac n' cheese?
