DWC Acquires Billion Dollar Loan for Expansion

According to reports, Dubai World Central (DWC) has secured a $3 billion loan to expand in preparation for 2020’s World Expo. Per Skift, “The loan, which includes a $2 billion conventional tranche and a 3.67 billion dirham ($1 billion) Islamic portion, is being raised by a special-purpose company” for the expansion.
