Disruptive Passenger Turns Qantas Flight Around
On Sunday, a nonstop Qantas flight from Perth, Australia to London, England was forced to return to its point of departure only two hours after takeoff after one passenger allegedly became disruptive and commandeered the aircraft’s lavatory for an hour before being restrained by fellow passengers.

“I think the air crew were marvelous, they were very in control of the situation, they were calming passengers. They were very, very supportive. They got him down to the back of the plane quite quickly. It was clear he was quite an unwell man,” said passenger Christine Kohli.
