Diana Ross: “I Was Treated Like S***” by the TSA

Regular air travel passengers like you and me aren’t the only ones facing TSA searches that go a bit too far—Diana Ross recently went through the airport in New Orleans and said that she felt violated after what she considered to be an inappropriate search that was just a bit too personal to be comfortable.

Musician Diana Ross recently took to Twitter to call out about a Transportation Security Administration search that went too far. The incident occurred at New Orleans’ international airport, where she said a female TSA agent went too far and took the search “over-the-top.”

“I still feel her hands between my legs, front and back (saying to me it her job) [sic],” Ross tweeted.

The TSA responded to Ross’s complaints with a statement, reported by TMZ: “TSA is committed to ensuring all travelers are treated with respect and courtesy. TSA is aware of concerns presented by Diana Ross about her screening experience at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport this morning. Initial review of CCTV indicates that the officers involved with Ms. Ross’s screening correctly followed all protocols, however, TSA leadership will continue to investigate the matter further. We encourage Ms. Ross to reach out to TSA so we can work with her directly to address her concerns.”

This isn’t the first time a celebrity has felt violated by a TSA agent; Angela Rye, Ben Affleck, Kim Kardashian, and Kanye West have all complained about similar treatment.

It's a known fact that she is a pain in the arse airline customer. There are documented cases of her issues and air travel going all the way back to the 1970's. I'm not saying she was or wasn't treated wrong. However, it's always something with her air travels.
