Delta Will Cut MSP Capacity in 2017

Delta Air Lines, the largest carrier at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP), has announced that it will be cutting capacity at the airport by 0.61 percent in the first quarter relative to the same time in 2016. A spokesperson for the airline claims that reduced seat numbers will not necessarily mean reduced availability of flights and that Delta will simply use different planes.

Same thought as above. 0.61%? Isn't that basically just downgauging two flights from a M90 to a 717 or something?

Is that really 0.61 (as in, 61 hundredths) of a percent? That's barely a rounding error, and I doubt any customers would notice it. The linked article said capacity was reduced "slightly", so I can't imagine it's 61%... But if it is, then it looks like Minneapolis is getting Cincinnatied! ;)
