Delta Sends Puppy on Accidental Cross-Country Trip

Delta Air Lines customer Josh Schlaich claims that his two-month-old puppy (which I want to stress at the beginning of this brief is reportedly alive and well) was accidentally sent to the wrong airport last week, and Schlaich picked up the wrong puppy when he landed.

Delta apologized in a statement for the confusion and reportedly refunded Schlaich’s puppy-shipping costs as well as pledged to review its pet transportation procedures.
