Delta Gives Its Employees Yet Another Raise

Ed Bastian, CEO of Delta Air Lines, announced Tuesday that the company’s employees will receive another raise. The increase will go into effect in April 2017. The airline has given its 80,000 employees base salaries a near 25 percent increase in just two years, which includes an 18.5 percent raise last year.

“We are delighted to be able to continue to share the rewards of your hard work with you,” Bastian said in a memo to the employees.
