Delta Bags Crystal Cabin Award Due To “First Class” Feel

Delta Air Lines received accolades for its new cabin design from the 2017 Crystal Cabin Awards, in particular for what the jurors considered a “First Class” experience for Business Class flyers traveling with Delta. The carrier was further praised for attempting to give each traveler a sense of their own space aboard flights.

“Carefully selected materials, mood lighting and technology work together to ensure an aesthetically exclusive travel experience,” said a Tuesday press release from the Crystal Cabin Award Association.
