Delta and Alaska Have Broken Up

Alaska Airlines and Delta Air Lines released statements Monday confirming they have officially ended their frequent-flier, codeshare partnership. The relationship has reportedly been in trouble recently as Delta has attempted to expand its presence in Seattle, which is Alaska Airlines’ base of operations. Both carriers said the termination will commence on April 30.
