Cyber Monday Sale: Hyatt Launches Holiday Special

Cyber Monday Sale: Hyatt Launches Holiday Special
Joe Cortez

Travelers looking for hotel deals have a new promo code to consider before booking. In time for the Thanksgiving Rush, Hyatt Hotels is launching a “Seize the Stay” special, allowing World of Hyatt members to save up to 30% on bookings.

The Thanksgiving weekend is one of the busiest of the year, and the official start to the holiday travel season. This year, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is planning to screen up to 26.8 million flyers between Nov. 22 and Dec. 2, 2019—a potential record watermark.

Just in time to make travel planning easier, Hyatt Hotels is helping travelers save money with a new promotion. Starting for stays on and after Nov. 17, 2019, Hyatt is inviting members to “Seize the Stay.”

30% off Hotel Rooms

With “Seize the Stay,” Hyatt is offering discounts to all World of Hyatt members. Travelers can get a savings of 20% on rooms and up to 30% on suites at over 875 Hyatt hotels worldwide. To take advantage of the savings, flyers can book rooms on the Hyatt website, and either use the promo code: MYSTAY or select the “Member Rate Advance Purchase” rate at checkout.

As with all promotions, terms and conditions apply. The promotion is only available to World of Hyatt members. The promotion is valid for stays between November 17, 2019 and February 29, 2020. Pre-payment is required and is non-refundable. Stays must be booked at least seven days in advance.

Is It a Good Deal?

Anytime you can save money on a hotel booking, it’s worth looking at. What’s more, Hyatt hotels are known for their luxury and attention to detail. For travelers who value World of Hyatt membership, this deal can result in saved money and extra points for the new year.

However, it’s important to note that Hyatt lacks the size and reach of its competition. With over 875 locations participating in the promotion, the footprint is smaller than other hotel chains. If it costs more to stay at a hotel after ground transportation costs, then it may not be worth booking – even with the discount.

FlyerTalk will continue to update you with holiday hotel discount codes as we receive them.

same here….checked the price of a Grand Hyatt in Asia… $260ish/night….. now with this deal a week later $260ish/night. So basically they jacked up the price before the promo went on sale.
