CA Airport Hangar Flooded By ‘Blob’

Flame retardant engulfed a hangar at San José International Airport (SJC) Friday, resulting in a warning to the public to not touch the foam as it may have cause irritation to the skin. The foam caused a fire alarm to malfunction at the hangar and even spewed out of one the hangar’s vents. Cleanup crews were dispatched and no cancellations or delays were reported.
