Broad City Star to Do Comedy Show Aboard Virgin Flight

Broad City star Abbi Jacobson will take part in the #LiveFromVirgin promotion from Virgin Atlantic when she and five other comedians will depart London aboard different aircraft and land in separate cities in the United States, performing their comedy routines while in flight.

“We’re putting on the first live, social media-enabled comedy festival at 35,000 feet—it’s like a comedy show, except it’s being broadcast from an airplane and in social media,” said Scott Vitrone, the chief creative officer at Figliulo & Partners, the agency behind the promotion.
